Having been here for years. I can attest to how this site has blessed me with unprecedented knowledge, not just that, I've also met awesome people via this site...

However, I feel concern about rule 20 which read: Complaints to or against moderators must be sent privately. Please don't disobey, disrespect, or defame them.

The boldened is what tickle my fancy. What I want to know is, who are we sending the complaint to, how do we send it, and when will our complaint be attended to?

You can pm any mod when you're on ban.

Mailing them doesn't mean they'll answer. They've always shown to be un responsive whenever I make a complain. So my question still stands.

Your ex moderator, Ishilove, the old spinster mocked your health condition. I don't want to do this but it may seem as though "Sowunmi" Mynd44 is protecting her by banning me.
