Well I suppose muslims are brainwashed otherwise who follows a religion founded by a terrorist paedophile. Of course if you then follow the terrorist peadophile you have no choice but to lie and make excuses for him. What a useless existence muslims live! Disgusting! |

proudlyYoruba:I was trying to argue this out with some of my brothers in a bus one day but couldn't prove it than to say I heard an Imam told me about it, categorically... In fact, he said that Abubakr (RA) took her away from the man to whom she was bequeathed earlier because he was not a Muslim and given to The Holy Prophet (SAW)... According to him, if I remember well, she was around 18years when she was bequeathed to Prophet Muhammad (SAW), but around 13years or so while bequeathed to the first man... Whichever way, ALLAH knows best (Wa ALLAHU Ahlam) |

chidichuddo:do you have evidence to the contrary? If they are betrothed what stops sex? |
| Re: The Prophet Of Islam (S. A. W) Did Not Marry A 9 Year Girl by Nobody: 6:38pm On Oct 08, 2017 |
Rashduct4luv:evidence ke? bro u no Sabi your village well? this ur stance on been betrothed and sex is permitted is what I dont understand in the north na lady or young girl is promised to a boy (betrothed) either to strengthen families ties, business or Simply because they see how they move along so well and the family of the man gives a token to the girl's family as a sign of agreement the girl is groomed for him, taught on issues concerning marriage, even everyone in the community acknowledge who she is groomed for, but there's a limit to how they can interact cos of dignity but the two know they are meant for each other if any of the family involved says they no longer agree to such union they give back ot take back the token paid. still surprised you as a Nigerian don't understand what betrothal mean even in school literature (especially in primary and secondary schools) stories on such can't remember their names but most were done by penguin books and lantern |
