Those people who build their wealth slowly over a long period of time through business behave quite differently. Again education,exposure and experience play a role so the question of exceptions is absolutely wrong. Maybe you are not exposed to black people wo are wealthy but there are thousands of them who are very conservative indeed. Even among those who make their money through entertainment there are a conservative lot. Buying trinkets and shiny things is a young person thing though and so is more likely in the young.
