Got to the hospital by 5:30 and the nurses checked and said I wasn't dilating and that all the pains I felt last night and still feeling is false. That I should come back next week Tuesday. Aww dear..pele..just be strong..the pain is usually strong..and when it hits you feel as though your baby is moving..you feel a kind of hardness or tightening in your tummy then it releases..it continues that way..timing could be 30mins or even 5mins..if thats how you're feeling then its the real labour pain..if not then i guess its false and you just hv to wait it out..be strong love..you can do it
