Bear in mind that we all know the outcome of ECA's but not the completion date. So, assuming the accompanying spouse WES ECA has been completed while that of the PA is yet to be completed, can't the PA use the WES Reference No plus the "date of EOI" as ECA completion date, to revert post ITA?
I was almost in a similar fix but then I remembered reading a book - Take the Risk - by Ben Carson where he gave four questions that should aid decision making. I'd give my opinion but since the decision is yours to make, answer the questions and I believe what you will do lies in the answers;

What is the best thing that will happen if you fill in pseudo details? Get ITA with next draw, proceed to apply and eventually become a citizen.

What is the worst thing that will happen if you fill in pseudo details? You might get a 5 year ban for misrepresentation.

What is the best thing that will happen if you don't fill in pseudo details? You don't get banned, later get ITA and proceed with your application.

What is the worst thing that will happen if you don't fill in pseudo details? You miss the next draw or a few more draws, CRS shoots up, you might have to wait a couple more months before you receive ITA.

Choice is yours to fill or not to, and ultimately if you want to take the risk of waiting few months as against a potential 5 years wait.

Cheers.

Hello everyone, I first would like to say thanks to the initiators of this thread, you've been a blessing to so many. I've been silently following for a while now and now I have a question about POF.
My husband and I are planning on applying soon but the money that we're required to have in our accounts will be coming in two or three instalments. We don't want the money sitting in the account for 6 months before beginning, so we were advised to invest some of it in bonds or put it in a fixed deposit and get a certificate or a statement. While the rest of it will be in my account and will be accompanied by an LOE from my husband that he's the one providing the funds since I am the PA.
Please I would like to know if this is sound advice. We are a family of 3, myself, hubby and our 1yr old.
Thanks

That gives me a sense of relief. Means the documents are being reviewed. Fingers crossed
AlexanderGreat:

That's what my Review of Additional Documents currently reads too. "We need more documents to continue processing your application" it has been reading that for 2 weeks now. No new document placeholders and no application message. I called them and also sent them a mail but was told no document is required from me at the moment as they are still reviewing the ones I uploaded when I included my spouse in August. Probably a system glitch. I've also been at IP2 since Aug 16th a day after my spouse was added to the application.

Happy weekend everyone. Please I want to ask if it's from the pof that we will deduct the money to process rprf? And is the rprf that will cover all expenses arising from visa issuance? Thanks

No, it makes no difference using one. All the info you need for a successful application can be found all through this thread. The guidance and support you freely receive here surpasses what an an agent can do for you, all the best.
Thanks blackbuddy,I want to start assessing my credentials, and I learnt WES is the best.I don't know how to get started.I am assessing an OND and a BSC.I have 50000 with me.Kindly put me through,I hope to pay for the assessment tomorrow.

everybody Please all, I have some questions oooo

*please if you worked in a bank in Nigeria and the Canada express entry finally works, please would they recognize a bank job more than other small organization( one man company) in terms of searching for a job (NOC) and even when you get to Canada, will they always prefer the bank experience more than other small organizations

* if you work in a company seconded to a bank (contract staff to the bank) can you put the name of the bank as your place of work? what if they need to verify from the HR, what would they ask the HR?

* if one have another place that can give you reference letter for 5 years + experience you have only 3 years experience in that your bank which you are seconded to, please what decision is better? I think 5 years + gives a better point

*please explain (6yrs gives max points under FSW assessment while it's 3yrs for Express Entry. )

*do you think in Canada, average age from 27-30 have better opportunity in terms of jobs and other things or succeed more than ages from 30-32 in Canada

please make una no vex for the questions oo

I said i should share this...For those that need to do ECA,pls use ICES...i got mine within three weeks and its alot easier process.
My school sent my transcript to them as an email, and i sent my documents to them too via the same email,no need for reconfirmation from the school as long as the school sends the result to them via its email.
After that u make payment,275$ and within three weeks your evaluation is ready.
My hubby's ECA is stuck with IQAS now,and he started d process before me.

ICES is not cost effective for those evaluating two degrees from two different school. Would have preferred them to other bodies

pls need an advice am just starting my EE process and I employed the use of an immigration consultant with 50% payment made, it was along d line that I discovered that I don't really need their service as there presence is not going to influence any thing I just sat for my ielts and my credentials are under going assessment, at this point I thought I should opt out as non of my doc is in there custody, base on the info gotten from here there is no big deal if filing my profile to CIC. my self owing to the fact that there are still financial commitment to be incurred during the process. pls I hope my action won't invalidated my profiles for bridge of agreement I plan to tell them am suspending the process to raise fund. sorry for the long text.

I doubt if WES will be wrong in advising you that they've sent a verification request to your school. I'll advise you to beckon on both your school to search for the verification request that was emailed or mailed, and beckon on WES to resend the verification request assuming the school cannot find the first request that was sent. Spend time with your school handlers to ensure that they truly search for the verification email/mail. Use WES Twitter handles. They reply DM's. Goodluck.

hello HotD... Please did you say the school "Mailed" the Transcript and Certificate or they "emailed " it?? Need to know which of the processes.
if it's an email, that means there wasn't any need paying the normal fees for sending documents to international offices.... Please can you clear me?? thank you

This should be fine. Investments are usually exempt from the 6 months holding period as mentioned on page 0 under POF. FDs and specifically TBs will usually give you a good return as the funds are held in investments

Hi, I'm not certain what the terms of your agreement is with the consultant but it's never too late to end your EE processing with them.

There are testimonies of people on this thread who were in a similar position as yourself including those that had to create new EE profiles even after they had received ITA due to a fall out with their so called 'visa consultants'. They got another ITA and now have their PPRs

All you need to succeed in the process is already on this thread, if you can diligently read through the steps followed by others and page 0 is a good place to start. Afterwards if there's anything that's still unclear to you; don't hesitate to ask the house to get answers to your questions. Best wishes!

Hello people,
With the hope of getting ita in the next draw, I am having some confusion with my pof, my spouse is supposed to transfer the full amount to me but the account from where he will be transfering from is a corporate acct (he is the sole signatory). I learnt this isnt acceptable.

Can u advice the best way to go with this as i intend submitting application as soon as ita comes.

Thanks a lot. But it's only about 60% of the money tht will be fixed, the rest will be coming from my husband. He'll pay it into my account and accompany it with an LOE. Do you think that's acceptable and will he need to submit his account statement?.

This is still okay. Especially since the source of money is your spouse on a joint application not some third party. The LOE also got you covered. Ideally and maybe for some comfort he could submit his bank statement alongside the application but this is not necessary. Seniors can also weigh in on this...

thanks so much for the reply the agreement is noting big its just the use of representative form printed from CIC site and a retainer agreement and since they have not really help in any way order than to collect money from me I think it is wise I continue the process my self since non of my detail documents are with them.
