I know most of you don’t believe in God. This is a personal experience from my very own family. Let’s travel back in time, 11 years ago, 2007 to be precise. The 3rd born of the family Daniel omole, a student of a private university in ogun state. He was in 200 level then. He was brought home from school with an illness. As a religious family, we have not been trained to use drugs, none of us was born in the hospital. Based on this, we did the usual herbs, fresh fruits, no medical check up, no drugs, no doctors involved. Despite everything he was not getting any better. He became so lean just like flesh covering bone, he coughs a lot too like every 2 minutes . We didn’t relent, people said it was serious typhoid so we took care of him with herbs. No improvement still, we spent a lot buying different things all to no avail. Then In 2008 precisely June 13 on a Friday he was still the same then a family member came and whisked him to the hospital. This was the last time I saw him. He died at the hospital that night and he was buried on Sunday 15th. People talked ‘’we should have gone to the hospital, we should have used drugs bla bla bla....... 3 years after his Demise, everyone moved on and then it happened again. My sister the 2nd born and the only girl Alice omole. She started to cough immensely like my late brother did when he was ill. We swung to action. Bought things for her to suppress the coughing. Then she became lean too. Then we knew it was the same thing that took my brother that is happening again. We took her to the hospital ASAP did the 1st test nothing, did the 2nd, went back for the 3rd nothing. She was fine to the doctors. So we felt may be change of doctors will do the trick. We changed doctors and they all ran their test but at the end of it all, nothing was said to be wrong with her physically/medically. Then we knew of a surety that this was beyond physical. We bought drugs prescribed for her, we treated her locally, scientifically, spiritually, we did our best as a family. Despite all our effort and prayers. On Sunday 12th year 2012. She passed on.

What am I driving at. To those of you think you are so sure, their is nothing like charm, spirits, dark forces, witches and wizards. That their is no God. Their is no good side and dark side. And that their is nothing like rulers of the world that the yoruba’s call AYE! I am just so sorry for you , because it has not happened to you doesn’t mean it does not exist. How am I sure their is God. I’m sure because my family have encountered the world and 2 loved ones were taken from us.

I am a medical doctor and I must tell you that test results being normal is not a guarantee that all is well with the tested person.

Now, to you late siblings (may they continue to rest in peace), I think they must have suffered from a cancer called leukemia. Their coughing could be pinned down to an enlarged thymus pressing against the trachea.

Now, to you late siblings (may they continue to rest in peace), I think they must have suffered from a cancer called leukemia. Their coughing could be pinned down to an enlarged thymus pressing against the trachea.

Yes. Different factors can manipulate the results you get. One such factor is the type of tests run. I am not sure if Leukemia was what claimed your siblings but it looks like it from your explanation. A complete blood count (CBC) should detect leukaemia but even a CBC cannot be trusted. There are stories of CBCs completely missing leukemia.

If we could make guesses, looking at the symptoms and how the lab tests indicated nothing, I am putting it down to leukemia.
