Just as Buhari can't spend the money recovered from looters without court authorization, he can't just send anybody to jail by fiat. It's for this reason that you find Omokri, FFK, GEJ, etc. running around like unhindered racehorses, kicking their likes and innocent bystanders.

I supported Buhari strongly in 2015. This led to several arguments between me and my friends and family members, my church members and colleagues. Today, it is painful that i cant defend the many mess of Buhari. I wont support him again. He is not totally bad but his errors are fatal and hard to be ignored. For now i dont have a candidate to support until i see all of them. Atiku is highly corrupt but not a tyrant like Buhari. Donald Duke has a good track record. Lets wait and see how it all goes.
