I agree with you not because the candidate PMB is credible but because Wining an election in Nigeria is not a difficult task. Even if I am very unpopular as a candidate I stand the chance of winning if I am the incumbent.
Make minor changes in the electoral body get the military and police ready. Create a special well trained squad.
Make changes in the judiciary
