Ever been to Idi-Ara when the Lagos state University Teaching Hospital is situated? Then you will know that this calls for immediate and urgent call for action. LUTH is a reputed to be one of the best in the country, but this is definitely not in terms of infrastructure given the pathetic state of the access road to the hospital. From the first gate to the second gate, it is in its deplorable state. This same road is where vehicles which are bringing in emergencies will pass through. I know some will argue that this road is still good compare to other roads in the state, but what's worth doing is worth doing well. These are visuals we are able to get courtesy of YNaija Monitor!

Why do people just post things without a background?

That road was fully constructed in 2013 and well paved with drainage from Ilasa up to Ojuelegba.

The community around there damaged that road with illicit dumping of refuse in the drainages. Just visit the area after a small rain and witness the flooding. As much as government is to be blamed at least 90% of the blame should be shared by those communities.

You should ask why that portion and the one in front of the Hausa community is the only bad portion in a 6km stretch of road.

Sometimes I wonder if I these people that claim to be leaders ever have a quiet moment all by themselves, maybe at night when they draw up their priorities.

Things that will touch life directly and not all these playing to the gallery projects.

The whole of that road is a mess. I think the person who took this photos just did a half job...You should go further towards access bank and after. The road is a car assassin.

Ambode is workinggrin
Yes oh, commissioning bus stops for which the 200 million mumus keep praising him. And when you point out their folly they show you why they are digbolugis instead of being omoluabi.

EponOjuku:
Shibuke, the best Governor in your region gave you empty jerrycans as his project and you couldn't ask him for water.

You keep talking trash about Lagos but your people sell their inheritance to pay for their transport fare to come and hawk Fanyogo in Lagos.

Every January, the motor parks in your region look as if there is war going on there with the way your flatheaded clowns are running back to Lagos.

If you want water, you either go and ask Obiano to give you water since he gave you jerrrycans or you can jump into the lagoon for unlimited water.

Wawa pig asking of pipe borne water in Lagos when the only factories commissioned by his the Governors in his region are baby factories.

EZENDIZUOGU:
Ambode is working, come to most streets in Surulere and see if u will not cry. By the time you finish building bus stop everywhere and there is no car or bus to park or stop over, we will see what happens.
He will move to Dubai where he is stashing our stolen money and rule from there the way that Buhari was ruling us from London.
And the usual mumus will praise him to high heavens for abandoning the state.
SMH.

Ambode will not see this one, he would rather be wasting the money of Lagosians on refurbishing a clean 5,000 seat stadium, to a 5,500 seat stadium!
Of what benefit is the additional 500 seats, compared to the money wasted in demolishing and rebuilding the stadium.

It is even worse than this. There are three other damaged portion of that road leading to Ilasamaja and one could spend 40 minutes on a road that is less than 5 minutes to cover.

Hopefully this get to the right desk.
