Bros, I would like to explain some things to you about murder cases. Please read along.

1. A lady is pregnant and tells her friend about it. The said friend "suggests" that she aborts it.

2. The lady goes to someone else; probably the boyfriend and tells the individual she wants to abort a pregnancy and the person gives her money for it.

3. The lady goes to a Doctor who conducts the abortion.

4. The lady dies after saying all that happened.
And an autopsy report indicates she died from reasons relating to an abortion that was not properly done.

Under the Nigerian constitution; the Doctor is guilty of murder, the person who gave her money for the abortion knowing that she wanted to abort the baby and the friend that "suggested" the abortion are both guilty of conspiracy.

If you dont believe, ask a lawyer or police officer. That is why you should always pray never to be caught in the middle of a case.

Applying that to this scenario, Davido and co actively encouraged an individual to drink an unreasonable amount of alcohol. Then the person dies. If the autopsy report had indicated that the cause of death was directly related to the alcohol intake, all those that encouraged the guy to take that alcohol whether it was a bet it not are in deep poo.

But luckily for Davido, the said autopsy report indicates that the guy died from reasons unrelating to the alcohol.

So that autopsy report is actually good news for Davido. And he does not need to prove his innocence on Instagram; he should go to the police with the truth. If they believe him, his name would be cleared. And with the way the Police have handled this so far, I don't think anyone can cry "witch-hunt"

Since the beginning of all these trouble around Davido , starting from Tagbo to DJ Olu and Chime, no musician have said anything about it to give the young man in his trial stage a reason to keep being strong, not even the stupid Dammy krane who Davido stood by doing his fraud accusation, not even mayorkun, dremo, yonda or DJ Ecool , but Dj Ecool was busy following him around during his "30b" music tour, such is life but then a loyal poor fan is wishing you the strong heart to stand until the truth is revealed ....and to those saying he is a ritualist well I reserve my comment because I cant waste my mb on fools.......#team 30billion gang.

More questions and answers 're required to ascertain why his security aides went to the hospital in company of Tagbo instead of going with Davido. Am not accusing him but his (known) role as a friend is still not good enough

Whoever is this incompetent SAN need to be sacked by Davido ASAP. This is cock n bull story na. I'm shocked if Davido actually told Police this bullshits n they believe him. Look, the fact remain that Davido might not have a hand in this Mr Tagbo death but he failed to caution him as a friend when he was gulping down those tequila in the name of bet. He didn't look out for his wellbeing as a friend. By denying he didn't instruct his guy to take him to hospital is a white lie. Davido only tried to distanced himself from bad publicity that may arise if he agree he was the one that instructed his crew to take the dying Tagbo to hospital. Okay, how does he explained the fact that CCTV footage show his white hilux truck with his police orderlies trailing Tagbo's car on the way to the hospital? Aren't Davido supposed to be in the company of his police excort at all time for security reason? So, I guess Davido also chosed to leave his police escort behind at the shisha room when he left for oniru beach n subsequently arrived at DNA club. Make una just dey lie, thinking say all of us na mumu.

There is no case to answer here. it's unfortunate the guy had to die, but police can't accuse anyone of anything.They were partying, they were having fun, irresponsibly though, but it wasn't like the guy was drinking poison and they encouraged him or he wants to shoot himself and they encouraged him. It's not everyday people die of drinking, it was unfortunate it turned to death, but nobody will be accused of murder or conspiracy, it was fun gone bad.

It is pity that you are looking at only the cctv which you claimed exonerate Davido. In a criminal case, it doesn’t work that way. In advanced countries the investigators will look for every possible cause of the deceased death by looking at history, his associates, bank account, business partners, girlfriend, phone records, interview everyone present at cctv produced, the bar owner etc. the cause of death may not be related to the drink at all. They may just used the drink as a cover up. So everyone present at that scene is a suspect. Davido is an American citizen, He should know better about criminal case. It is because we don’t have good police and facilities to carry out investigations. Nobody is saying DAvido Killed him but he is a suspect 100% .

Please I will advise most of you to watch ARREST &TRIAL, CSI ETC

This story does not add up. How come the police details of David Adeleke were not with him. Are they not supposed to be protecting him. So he left the club without them and they now on humanitarian grounds escorted the driver to dump the body at the hospital without as much informing the hospital personnel.

David Adeleke sure have a case to answer. Reminds me of the case of OJ Simpson, if gloves does not fit then it does not fit, technicalities all around.

Davido left, BUT DIDN'T take his security escort along BECAUSE he had left Tagbo, who was drunk, behind. He had to make sure he was safe enough before leaving. That included leaving his security escort behind to ensure that they were safe.

Another dimension to this investigation is this:

Tagbo arrived the Shisha room about an hour after Davido did (from the footage). Okay. Who did Tagbo drive in with? As in, who was in his company in the car when he drove into the Shisha room premises? Because I doubt he came alone.

Okay. How many were the people in his company in the car when he drove into the Shisha room?

Okay. Did Davido leave with all the people he (Davido) arrived the Shisha room with (except the security escort of course)?

Okay. If he did, then the case is now on those who arrived the Shisha room premises with Tagbo. I mean, those who accompanied Tagbo from his (Tagbo's) house to the Shisha room that night. It's probably something beyond Davido's reach, since the folks followed him from his house to the Shisha room.

The CCTV footage of when Tagbo entered the Shisha room after Davido had left should be made available because that will show the movements of those within the Shisha room and what went down in there.

I was almost falling for the story till the lawyer mentioned that Davido's hilux vehicle escorted those who took Tagbo to hospital.

When I considered how detailed the lawyer was before this but gave no explanation as to how and why Davido's escort vehicle went to the hospital(are we to believe that Davido was unaware of all this)...I knew that the whole write up is suspect.

Amazing how so many people here swallowed the story hook, line and sinker just like that.

That's how they believed that Buhari was the Messiah.

The issue really is why did the police details of Davido after escorting the victim to the hospital did not deem it fit to ensure that the hospital personnel were informed about the victim in the car, but rather abandon the body of the victim in hospital premises and zoom off. And you claim they acted on humanitarian grounds. Humanitarianism goes beyond that, optimum value is placed on life. All these like I said are all technicalities.
