First bank has customers no doubt' the problem is their archaic ways of doing things.

With their procedures is something else agreed it's for security purpose but there are mechanism in place to speed up such process.
For God sake this is the 21st century undecided

Above all, it's difficult to get all the ATM in their premises working hence the unnecessary queues.

Don't say it's applicable to all banks, first bank issue as one of the oldest bank is out of this world.

Congratulations And I hope the people coming in will make banking experience worth while for you customers.
They must be doing a very good job to maintain such customer volume

People still prefer old way face to face banking . Or are withdrawing larger than atm limit or paying in

Also with me o.Am just so fed up with first bank with all this unnecessary blocking of acct.I have done all the things they said I shall do.Yet they refused to open my acct for the past 2months.I have called their customers services center and they promised to activate the acct.Still the same.I don't know if is a crime to bank with them. For my own money again. When I was paying in,they didn't block it.It was time to collect my money it become a problem.Others banks are not stressing people the way, first bank is doing.I know how credit I have wasted in calling their customers care center.I just regret banking with them I swear.

Same happened to me. Went there in rage, asked to speak with manager, threatened her that I wanted to close my account. They unblocked the account immediately.
Just go to any branch and threaten them I'm front of other customers they will unblock you immediately

The bank is inhumane to their contract staff, as they sacked them without any benefits not only that they sold the company in sourcing Ltd without paying off the staff before whytecleon took over. I have my facts n figures. Thank you

Is that not the whole essence of getting contract staff ? Contract staff are more expensive than full time staff .

The contract employees of any organization are just contracted for a period. They are not even on the payroll of the org they are contracted to but on the payroll of the company that employed them.

It won't be out of place to say shame on some people here who come on social media and embarrass themselves. One educated illiterate said FirstBank said has never conducted graduate trainee recruitment when google isn't far off.Another says contract staff were sacked without benefit. Very obvious meaning of contract staff is lost on them.I wonder how ignorant these people would be if they had lived in the years before Google.
