it's a pain to see a promising young chap wasted, I can feel what the parents and loved ones are going through but the truth remains that the boy shouldn't be held responsible for her actions.

Parents should try to be monitoring their kids. Most of them leave home by 5am only to come bk by 8pm.what time Will dy have to look after or take care of their kids?
