Good morning everyone.
So...I made payment for a Caucasian ovcharka puppy and I must confess I'm so excited.
I've not owned a large breed dog like the Caucasian before so I'm also a bit sceptical. We have a GSD in my family house, a very loving and carefree dog, buh I've not really been with a Caucasian before.

It's arriving from Ibadan to Owerri and so the expected arrival time is between 2pm to 3pm.
I'll keep you all posted.

So I called the driver just now and he said he'll deliver to owerri either at night or tomorrow morning, that the road is very bad.
I'm like "Choi! After I don already begin dey prepare to bring canopy and chairs and host a welcome party for the puppy. what a disappointment.
But anyways every disappointment is a blessing. I decide to pray for journey mercies for the puppy, and cover the roads from Ibadan to Owerri with the blood of Jesus

That puppy must arrive safely in Jesus name.

you have been creating informative and educative post on the pet section, but this is just not right, you have not seeing the puppy and everyone has the right to purchase from any source he wants.

I'm waiting patiently for tomorrow for the puppy to arrive.
I'm currently working on a website I've developing for a client (I didn't tell y'all that I'm a web developer, did I?)
I can't concentrate though, and I know losing concentration could make me make an error in my codes.

Is it just me or does today seem to be crawling at snail pace?

Logadims, here is a picture of the pup. I intended to make a grand unveiling, but I just know you're curious to know how it looks.

This is the only picture of it I have in my laptop, my phone battery is currently flat

it's 10pm and i just got a call from the driver that he has gotten to owerri.
I have been at a bar waiting for his call.
My place is at a distance from the bus park so staying at home and waiting for his call wasn't an option. I had to stay at Spicesy Suya, a bar not too far from town.
I was on my third bottle of orijin when I got his call.
I dropped the bottle, paid my bills and rushed off to the park. I had to charter keke to the park.
it ws expensive, as the keke driver capitalized on the fact that it was late to hike the price. I had to pay #700 for a ride that was normally #300.

In just got to the park and I picked up the pup. the Keke I was in got stopped by the police and the searched my wallet, my pockets and the Keke itself. I'm surprised they didn't go through my phone. if it were SARS, it woulda been another story.
The bus driver is telling me about how the puppy kept disturbing the passengers. It was kinda funny.
I picked the basket the pup was in, thanked him and entered another Keke to my house at MCC.

Owerri residents will know these places

I stopped at a pharmacy on my way home​ to buy glucose. I got home, mixed the glucose inside water and added lots of milk and gave to the pup.
I've not even decided on a name for it

The pup is walking around, exploring my house. It's quite unusual because I know pups are usually timid when they're in a new environment.
I love this dog already.

I have it the milk and glucose to and it drank it, though it didn't finish it

I hadn't yet bought feed and stuff for the pup so in the morning I prepared golden morn, mixed it with sardine and egg and gave to the pup. The food was looking so delicious it took me a great deal of willpower to avoid chomping down on it, afterall, man must wack.
The pup ran over, tasted it and decided it was not gonna have any of it. She abandoned everything there.

I calmed down anyways, poured milk on top of the food and gave to the pup and this crazy canine licked the milk and left the custard.

I poured the custard away, prepared and noodles for myself and the crazy dog kept looking at my food longingly.
I put some for her in her plate and she took very little and abandoned the rest.
I tried to entice her to eat by adding more sardines but she had already made up her mind

I give up

My noodles and geisha and eggs are wasted, and this pup still hasn't eaten.
I'm cleaning up the house and she's happily chasing after the broom

You can ask the previous owner what they used to feed the pup. it's a good starting point.
