Intel commands serious cash flow...Atiku is a money monster thru this firm...You're right, Nigeria should find out more about Intel

That is where Atikus financial fire power has come from all these years , it was that financial might that made the senior Yaradua take interest in him from the late 80s because he was financing them easily

The issue is not that Intels hasn't been paying into the TSA, they have been paying but only Paying 72 percent which is actually the govts share while they retain their own 28 percent but now the Buhari govt is saying Intels should pay the whole 100 percent into the TSA but this is morally and technically wrong because in actuality only govt earnings should go into the TSA and that's 72 percent ..Just Imagine the govt telling it's joint venture partners chevron who they have a 60:40 sharing agreement to pay the entire 100 percent earning for oil into the TSA ..But in reality Chevron only remits the govts 60 percent to her and keeps it's 40 percent..If this is not a witch hunt ask yourself why has the Govt not asked it's JV partners in the oil industry to do same

This is something...every company has quota they must remit to the govt, i'm aware the Chevron, govt sharing formular is 60-40...But asking a company to pay 100% to the company is morally wrong and a breach of agreement...If the govt decides on remitting the company's fund way later than when due, will such company not collapse?

This worries me...It's a clear witch hunt to use bbackdoor strategy to kill a company

I'm not in team Atiku is 100% corrupt.. I am aware of the financial flow Intel commands, but then Atiku flopped...Don't forget i support him into becoming president next election..But Atiku abused public trust, lets not forget in Customs, many maneuvering would be done to personal benefits, and normally in corporate institutions, you should not have a private firm do business in the same premise of your office....Coupled with the incidences that were reported under his watch when he was entrusted with much authority as VP, we can say Atiku isn't entirely clean..Seen he had much funds from TSA, he should have kept what he had and not gunned for more...He has a bad spot Sir, but since he's the only one that can wrestle power from your brother, we have to cope and tolerate his flaws...But to me, technically, Atiku doesn't have what it takes to take the country to where she's headed but i support him all the way...

They used these tactics back in the era when the Soviets was still intact, if the company agrees, the govt can defer paying for like a year...If the company faces financial pressure under the duration...Cowabunga baby... grin..

I have never been a fan of Atiku either but I am being forced to lean towards him now because I have learnt a lot from this Buhari tenure that vision is more key to nation building than any other factor and Buhari spent have the vision we need

Brother don't be too hopeful even for Atiku so you don't get a bad name o..I warned you...I'm only supporting Atiku cause i believe he's a conduit. Nothing more, Yes, i believe in the knowledge and wealth of experience of any macrofinance investor in politics, he commands an array of company and understands the country needs productivity and industrialization. But Nigeria is far off, Nigeria is not the consequence of just one man's failure.

The nation is in the firm grip of mediocrity and only hitting a kill switch will work now...until massive revolution comes to force the current economic structure, i will never support anybody under this current economic structure...

Only ecnomist with sound mind can prove it. Nigeria is not structured to prosper..I don't care what anyone says, IMF, World Bank any body. Sine 2007, this nation has been under and in recession and there are no economic indicators that predicts she's out or coming out soon.

If not for NLNG, tax, increased oil output, of which many other nations are stepping up the plate, Nigeria will be crying..I can't wait for petrol based cars to be restricted from many European nations, and nations like Ghana, South Sudan, Ethopia to begin to sell their crude oil...Maybe then, Nigeria will put on the thinking cap...

For now, not supporting PDP or APC anymore...I walk alone...If i don't see a young president from the 70-80 generation, i will never support any president anymore.,..

I know Mr Volpi is now opting to use his private wealth and a lot of borrowing to back up the operational cost of running Intels which is a lot daily because I know when their money goes into TSA for it to come out will be another tedious red tape process .. I currently have similar agreement for a service we run with a Nigerian bank and even though our own share is just 10 percent they allow collect the whole 100 percent and the end of the day we only remit 90 percent to them because even they advised it so because they said if our share goes into their system to get it out will be too tedious because of beaurocratic bottle necks

So because of 30,000 pple, a company should keep doing the wrong thing and short changing 180m other persons...stand for what is right, stand for justice no matter how hard n painful it may be

TSA was never mentioned. TSA has been implemented since 2015, if intels has been defaulting why didn't buhari act since? Lemmi guess he n atiku were eating from same pot then, now that atiku wants to go solo he start probing him. Buhari is very corrupt!!!

Till today banks and MDAs are been caught for violating TSA regulations. Why should it become an issue when a company associated with Atiku gets caught for non compliance? A director of the company has come out to apologise for their violations but some too knows on this forum say they know more than the director.
Tomorrow another firm without political connections get caught for violation and then it's not witch hunt, seems our sense of right and wrong is a respecter of personality.

You guys should just quit making comments out of grave ignorance becuase people read the load of trash you all write here! This saga didn't start today, it has been on for over a year now with NPA boss fighting like a tigress (which I love). She had always complained and insisted that Intels must follow due process of TSA.
When news like that comes up, u kids will be making stupid comments like "should we fry beans?, how does that affect the average Nigerian?". Then when it escalates to this extent, you start displaying more ignorance and making utterly silly comments.

NPA and Intels has been at loggerheads for over a year now. NPA boss had to write the FG thru the attorney general to seek clarification. This is the result. If you think anyone is still above the law and should be allowed to cheat the nation by enriching themselves with our common treasury, then your case is beyond redemption.

Yes from what i see...More so, there are so many companies that are yet to fully comply technically if we don't have a 99% compliance report...Then why is it that just some companies with some names are branded thieves .... I hope people will read before they comment...I've come to a point not to ever trust anything this govt says

So the NPA boss has been telling lies for over a year now and yet none of Intels financial officers came out to debunk the news?

Let me educate you a bit to make up for my own personal community social responsibility. Intel replied Bala Usman when she insisted on strict adherence to TSA. Intel made reference of some past deal where they claimed NPA didn't remit Intel's share of some money due to them. Intel also insited that they will deduct their share of 28% from the pilage agreement before remiting the country's 72% into the TSA which NPA rejected. This has been going on and on with back and forth correspondence.

But you, as an outsider who insists on a politically hood-winked version of the news claimed there was no violation of the TSA even after the chairman of Intels has apologised and agreed to adhere to the TSA. You know better than all of us, including the attorney general, the NPA boss and Intel's number one man.

No qualms, you win.

Common sense should tell you that only govt money belongs in the TSA and that is the 72 percent strictly ...So when is your govt going ask Chevron to also remit the entire 100 percent of revenue of their Joint venture into the TSA instead of the 60 percent they have been paying ? The truth can't be hidden and let's call this what it is A F#cking witch hunt .
