Infinix Hot 3,
And the problem is whatsapp keep loosing recent chats as error messages like "Android.process.media has stopped unexpectedly" start coming up simultaneously to the point that the phone becomes 'unoperatable'

How I solved it: I haven't really solved it because I still lost my chat history this morning again and my ringtone also returned to default...

The temporary solution is that I cleared 'cache' for 'media' under 'app'

I need to point out that this problem is a 'user induced error', I must have affected the core app or something with my techy usage of the phone...
I still need help pls
