Max24:Don't you guys ever have anything intelligent to say besides BMC? Once someone has a differing standpoint from you, such a person is BMC. What's even curious about it, is that the supposed BMCs are often the ones applying logic, providing quotes and references and are less insulting in their posts. Some of you are truly pathetic. |

SalamRushdie:Under disclosure of the revenue is the bone of contention here. Who doesn't understand the motive behind the FG's move and who doesn't understand the motive behind INTELS' refusal to comply. But in the end, INTELS had backed down. You can't be more powerful than your employer. |

maasoap:If all the govt agencies stationed on our water ways and ports do their jobs right then it will be hard for Intel to underdisclose but I guess they must all be conniving with intels as per the Nigerian way of doing things ...But in truth there is no where were under disclosure is more rampart than in Joint Venture businesses the FG runs with International Oil Companies and yet they still don't have to pay 100 percent into the TSA. |

mapet:Some of you are quite dense, and you're now sounding like a broken record because you simply cannot accept the alternative view. Has it not been made abundantly clear that GOVERNMENT'S SHARE OF THE PILOTAGE FEES (70%+) WOULD BE REMITTED TO THE TSA WHILE INTELS WOULD RETAIN ITS OWN CONTRACTUALLY AGREED SHARE TO FUND IT'S OPERATIONS? Why are you still talking about pilotage fees domiciling in Intels account? |

SalamRushdie:I got your point. But, let me say, one down others to follow. This is a 17 years practice! It is an achievement for FG. |

Silvermoney:I believe that the government (their employer) understand the sharing arrangement as well before they announced contract termination and INTELS too understand it before backing down now, you don't need to explain again. Sharing arrangements is not the cause of rift here. FG wanted to be sure that INTELS is not cheating which I'm sure that FG knew they are doing. Nigeria business environment is corrupt, many are greedy. Don't be surprised if the government's 70% jumps up in terms of amount being remitted once the INTELS stops deducting their share of 30% from the source. |

Silvermoney:It's more unfortunate that you demonstrate lack of capability of basic comprehension, let alone try to get into conversations beyond your level of intelligence. Pray tell, is your submission a fitting reaction to the question you quoted? But that in its is not even as ridiculous as you argue, albeit daft-like, and rationalize that in a post TSA regime, a private collecting agency will make a claim for warehouse govt revenue outside TSA. The question is simple dummy, where was the money paid into before the supposed claims of remitting 72%into govt account? |

maasoap:Bros, I would have said that you bother less on educating these people that have chosen to reason amiss. But to address the centrality of your submission, the evidences have shown in the total 2014/2015 VS 2015/2016 revenue of NPA, where there was over 1000% jump |
