Keballl:Bigger shame on you! Deceiving yourself defending your oppressors, providing silly lists of nonsense phantom achievements in defense and adulation of your rapers; shame on you! |

father01:Lol. I doubt any Lagosian will testify. Mile 2 to Apapa road is a disaster. Also unsure the Lagos - Kano rail AC coaches you mentioned are meeting expectations. I think the biggest problem with Jonathan's administration was imbibing a qualitative approach to development. Money was being spent at full value, but the output was extremely poor. The rehabilitated Airports testify to this. Till date, PH is still using the disgraceful canopy as arrival lounge, lol. The Lagos International Airport refurbishment gave way within the defects liability period. Same issues with most of the roads and projects quoted above. Mainly cosmetic, less strategic, top dollar, no consequence management. The revenue from the oil boom barely had an effect! Today, the Buhari government has not fared any better. I can't point to any strategic achievement (maybe 1, fight against BH, God bless our gallant soldiers) except blaming others and courting controversies in 29 months. There is something wrong with Nigeria! |

obailala:Silly list you can't counter. Shame on you terrible one. Big shame on you. Nonsense. |

Keballl:I pointed out a road which concerns me, i.e. the PH to Owerri road. This road wasnt just placed in the list, it was actually dubiously mentioned in your scam list TWICE as 'Elele - Owerri road' and 'PH - Owerri road,' the same road mentioned twice and this is where it even gets more absurd; up until last year, nothing was done on that road and the road was still one of the worst roads in Nigeria. Its not my fault that you are too blind to see this example I have given repeatedly.. I've asked you severally to give me one sensible reason why I should bother going through the rest of the sham of a list but you've gone completely deaf on that question... Keep shamelessly defending your scam list of achievement and worshipping your oppressors. KEBBI STATE:Meanwhile without going into much work, I've just picked the first state on that list. Construction of silos have been mentioned twice obviously to pad up the list. Rehabilitation of federal roads sounds as vague as it comes, even the current govt can rightly claim to have also rehabilitated federal roads in every state of the federation too (hopefully you can see how empty that statement is). Then I'm a bit confused about the presence of a railway line in Kebbi state, maybe I'm just being ignorant of Nigeria's geography or maybe the railway was built in the sky. |

I am very sure of that of Ecological control in Imo State(St. Kizito's Secondary School Umuchima) They got the spelling of the town wrong. Umuchima is next to Ogboko, Rochas Okorocha's home town. They did a major erosion control in that school. sarrki: |

obailala:The harder you try the sillier your post become. Is Establishment of Fed University, Kalo fraud? they were specific in mentioning the Silos capacity, do you have a counter to that? Posting lengthy nonsense won't wash you clean of the zombie hatred. Now assignment no 1, Provide counters to Kebbi state projects and others and prove how 90% are fake... |
| Re: Breakdown Of Capital Projects Executed By Goodluck Jonathan's Federal Government by Keballl: 11:15am On Oct 21, 2017 |
safetyInspector:You dey mind them. They sit at their safe corner and scream lies without needed counters. |

Keballl:A silo is mentioned twice in a list, the first is mentioned as 'building of silo' and the second is listed as 'building of silos (100,000 capacity)'. But you obviously do not think a silo is a silo right? Your do not think there's anything unusual about mentioning the same thing twice right?... Then again the list mentioned the PH to Owerri road twice, firstly as Elele-Owerri and secondly as PH-Owerri, but even with that, this very road was never built but you have it as an achievement in your list and you call it hatred whrn I point out your devilish scam right?... Meanwhile the Kebbi list says a railway was built in Kebbi, what dost thou have to say about that scam?... Please where is the railway built in Kebbi state located?... and he still had the boldness to ask me to counter Kebbi state?.. Jesus! Are you trying to pull my legs by feigning such level of ignorance?... I didnt even need to go beyond the first paragraph of your list to point out numerous dubious claims yet you think I should spend my precious time sniffing through the rest of your sham list?... You must really be that clown you first described me as... That your assignment is rightly reserved for you. Next time before you come to public with your scam lists of achievements, the sensible thing to do is to vet your list properly cos not everyone you meet out there has the 'melu mentality' to swallow your nonsense scam without questions... |

father01:Don't be a dumb, OP. Remove the last thing on Bayelsa as per Niger Delta University. The site is as good as a dustbin, no structure there just uncompleted 2 buildings. Sambisa forest is currently better than that site |

obailala:You are simply straw grasping on the same thrashed post. Surprise with another intelligent submission and don't forget the 90% assignment. |
| Re: Breakdown Of Capital Projects Executed By Goodluck Jonathan's Federal Government by obailala(m): 12:51pm On Oct 21, 2017 |
Keballl:Like I said before, and I would say again, with just a glimpse of the first paragraph (Kebbi state), I pointed out 3 errors with the list; I went further to my state (Imo) and instantly spotted a huge scam too. It's not enough for you to keep acting blind to those issues I raised, I challenge you to prove your intellects by addressing the points I've raised so far. It's a silly thing expecting me to continue going through your scam list even when you haven't as little as made an attempt to address the issues I raised from your first paragraph. Anyway, I'm sure what I ask you of is obviously beyond your capacity, so like a broken record, I expect you to return with your pointless "90%" response. |

obailala:The only thing you pointed is your glaring idiocy. You don't go about denouncing data and info you have no counter for. |
| Re: Breakdown Of Capital Projects Executed By Goodluck Jonathan's Federal Government by obailala(m): 4:42pm On Oct 21, 2017 |
Keballl:The only person exhibiting deep foolishness is the person who is adamantly and shamelessly defending a glaring lie even though it's been clearly exposed as a lie. The so called list you defend and insult me for claims a railway was built in Kebbi, I challenge you to prove to the world that you arent the idiot you talk about by pointing out to the forum where the so called railway in Kebbi state is. I'm waiting! ![]() While you're still at it, the so called list also lists PH-Owerri road TWICE as an achievement of GEJ in Imo state. Everyone who knows that road knows it's still as bad as the Onitsha-Enugu road; but a human who prides in himself as being 'normal' has the boldness to insult someone for telling him the inclusion of that road is scandalous?... I want to believe I'm not conversing with a blind human, else I wonder why any normal person would still ask me to counter the nonsense in the list after the examples I have repeatedly pointed out. |
| Re: Breakdown Of Capital Projects Executed By Goodluck Jonathan's Federal Government by Keballl: 5:08pm On Oct 21, 2017 |
obailala:More lengthy nonsense !The zombieness in you is manifesting. Your examples are statistically negligible, what happened to your 90% bet ? Regurgitating the same boring lines make you look silly. |

obailala:Buhari Bin-Laden group and their truly shameless band of liars. ![]() Why not just say Buhari built; 1. Lagos to Kano rail line 2. Kano to Maiduguri rail line 3. Sokoto to Calabar railway line with a spur to Abuja. 4. Lagos to Calabar railway line with a spur to Onitsha 6. Five new power plants at A, B, X,Y,Z 7. 20,000 housing units in each state capital 8. Concessioned five international airports to reputable multinational companies 9. Rebuilt and concessioned major expressways to reputable construction companies etc , etc , etc, You cannot say any of the above because Buhari's regime was not about development of Nigeria, it was about vengeance and turning Nigerians against each other. Ofcourse, you can very well lie that all the above had been built because the APC goons are typically shameless fantastic liars. The fact you say them does not mean anyone believes you, we just know it's the same pitiful liars making fo0l of themselves thinking they are fooling Nigerians. ![]() |

about 80% of the projects are certified... of the 80%, only about 60% was properly done... for Nigeria to truly feel the impact of government projects, our birth rate must drop drastically over the next 40 years... to less than 1% p.a. if we continue reproducing at our present rate, especially children who have no hope of a proper & technology driven/targeted education & training, then our infrastructural development will never be sufficient... |
