I think the biggest problem with Jonathan's administration was imbibing a qualitative approach to development. Money was being spent at full value, but the output was extremely poor. The rehabilitated Airports testify to this. Till date, PH is still using the disgraceful canopy as arrival lounge, lol. The Lagos International Airport refurbishment gave way within the defects liability period. Same issues with most of the roads and projects quoted above. Mainly cosmetic, less strategic, top dollar, no consequence management. The revenue from the oil boom barely had an effect!

Today, the Buhari government has not fared any better. I can't point to any strategic achievement (maybe 1, fight against BH, God bless our gallant soldiers) except blaming others and courting controversies in 29 months.

This road wasnt just placed in the list, it was actually dubiously mentioned in your scam list TWICE as 'Elele - Owerri road' and 'PH - Owerri road,' the same road mentioned twice and this is where it even gets more absurd; up until last year, nothing was done on that road and the road was still one of the worst roads in Nigeria.
