Why should you advise a Pastor when he's next after God. He can't do any wrong. The moment a person is proclaimed a pastor, he can't do any wrong. He's half spirit/half human. Even asking this kind of question may annoy God.

1) it depends on what he has done
2)in the days of the Bible, they are nearly perfect cos nearly everything they do, say was from God. Now that there are fake and end time pastors who believe, behave and pose like angels.

He's a human being.

The fact that this is a question is a sign of how brainwashed many of you are.

who are you to advise a man of God? Get on your knees and pray for him. If he didn't change, then it's about time you changed your church.
Who's he to advise a man of God? The pastor na God ni? Is he above mistakes?

In the secular world, the problem of whether to criticize leaders is also an issue....especially in the business world and the military.

Not a sign of brainwashing, but a question that relates to group dynamics.

LOL, funny statements. A pastor can't do anything wrong? I think you're living in the back-side of earth.

Who is a man of God?
I respect a geniune child of God more than these "self-acclaimed men of God".
Why will a human being ever tell me not to correct him when he mess up?

Who is he to advise a man of God? I thought all Christians are men and women of God, and the same Holy Spirit that dwells in the pastor also resides in the church member? If your class teacher solves an equation wrongly, would you keep quiet or politely bring it to his attention?
I wonder

Of course, beat him up if necessary.
What we have today are not men of God but god of men; motivational speakers everywhere in the name of pastors. They'll ginger you in church, the spirit is everywhere but when you leave the church premises, you wake up to reality.
If you like pray from now till Wednesday morning, once you don't work smart or have a good heart, your prayers are as useless as traffic lights in GTA.
Soon, they'll start telling you that before December, this/that will happen. Don't listen to them o.
Save that money and use it to have a good Christmas celebration with your family and loved ones.
Magic like that don't happen please.
You don't earn a monthly salary of N15,000 and expect 10m to magically fly into your account before December. Smoke and mirrors. Finally, be good. That's the only way the world can beat a path to your door.
Have a wonderful Sunday
Wisely spoken

A man of God doesn't necessarily have to be a teacher, prophet or healer. A man or woman of God is one who walks before God and is blameless. The angel that appeared to Samson's mother was called "a man of God" by Samson's mother.

Now, to your ignorant statement, no one is above correction in the Church. Read this verse:

Brothers, if anyone is caught in any transgression, you who are spiritual should restore him in a spirit of gentleness. Keep watch on yourself, lest you too be tempted. (Galatians 6:1)

In the military people are trained to be drones and not ask questions of authority - their argument being that there needs to be clarity of command when it comes to life or death. What reason does the church have to make its members into drones? They don't fight anyone.

Where in the business world are people not encouraged to provide employee feedback? Where is there not a human resources department? Or legal recourse for maltreatment?

Bro men of God nowadays thinks they have reach the pink of spirituality but don't worry they will be surprise on the day of judgment. The same thing in Catholic churches, a man will leave his brother at home which he has wronged to come and confess in church for him to be prayed for. If you are confessing for a reverend father to pray for you then who is the reverend father confessing to, to be prayed for. Or reverend fathers no de sin?
if you talking about confession, the priests confess to each other.

I was in a service one day and the man of God said the members shouldn't advice him when they feel that he is not living up to expectation, rather they should go on their knee and pray. I want to know the proper thing to do in such situation.
Prays is good but advice is better. It's not as it will kill him but just a suggestion of how you feel but don't challenge

That means the pastor too should not correct anyone since it would amount to judging the person. Abi no be so?

You people need to understand that there is a difference between correcting and judging. Judgement is for God but men can correct one another. If you can't correct those who are going astray, then you are an irresponsible Christian.

Even Paul and Peter had an altercation in the Bible where Paul rebuked Peter. No one is above rebuke in the Church. We are all priests, all anointed and Christ is the Chief Priest.

You make some good points but judgment is simply the process of forming an opinion.

Telling a person not to judge is telling them not to make an assessment, which is silly.

Judgement is condemnation. For instance, telling someone that they would go to hell. That is condemnation (judgement). Only God can judge.

Judgement can also be positive. But in all, only God can judge.

Anyways, the bible does allow christians to correct their leaders. Whoever thinks otherwise isnt following scripture

And in some businesses, bosses do not take input from staff...same for the army sometimes

Anyway, i posted an answer upthread. to the op's question.
