Honestly as a civil servant or political office holder it's important you attend a course here "Center for Corruption Studies" so that you can be better equipped to know how to deal with anti graft agencies when corruption is linked to you.

The Centre would also teach you techniques on how to steal from the Nigerian Treasury undetected and unnoticed and how to make sure you funnel those illicit funds through offshore accounts to ensure you are not being caught.
