You can literally customize the full ui and give your whatsapp a whole different look...

The privacy features are endless, and that's what I use it for. Imagine tweaking the privacy settings for a contact in such a way that, when you receive a message from that contact it displays a single tick on their whatsapp, giving them the impression that you haven't received their message when you've in fact, recieved and read the message.
