MTN is usually the culprit in cases of sim two not working,

Get glo or etisalat,ensure u inserted the sim properly,giv us feedback pls,we dey wait.

Search redmi note 3 lcd. Then filter by the number of orders. Try and read the comments to be sure of what you are ordering.
