You are very correct in your submission but I advise you to take the time to marshal your arguments. This is a very serious issue. When Southerners wanted this law passed in the 70's, 80's and 90's, the North refused. Now, to accommodate the fulani marauders (among others) they see reason in the legislation.
The active issue in Nigeria is devolution, resource control and regionalism. Everyone should go back to their regions.
