Yes he did...My course adviser was his course adviser and I graduated 2014. So he should be in his final year.
Plus ask yourself, where would he have started from without any degree? 250Level undecided

what u don't know there is no harm in asking rather than showcasing ur ignorance. He is running a DLI program in unilag and the course duration for DLI(distance learning institution) is 500l.
