For swollen legs,carry your feet up anytime.drink lots of water to pass out more. Take Quaker oats.also check if the swelling is accompanied with leg pain or if one leg is more swollen than the other. Cut down on salt.
For cramps, some are normal, but it's good you check with your doc, even if it's not your anc day, it's well.

The lifting of leg worked for me . Thank you so much.

That's good ma. Try placing your feets up. You can use a pillow to support your legs. And take more of water.

holutosin if you're feet is still swollen, you can lift your legs on a table when you're sitting or on the pillow too. See your doctor to check your BP, reduce your salt intake. Is well ma, the journey is almost over.

Same here with wifey. I'm so tired, as though i'm the one carrying the pregnancy. The connection with my daughter, while in the womb is awesome. Can't wait to hold her in my arms.

She lost her plug this morning tho, and have been having contractions since two weeks now. Doc says he has to wait until we are at most 41+3 weeks before starting with induction. I pray she delivers soon, cos the baby's weight is going on the high side already (3.67kg), especially when she weighed only 2.8kg 2 weeks ago.

I ain't even bothered about that weight issue again cos I know babies add at the latter week of the journey... Your wife should pop soon tho, we will be back with our BA IJN!!
