I hate it when people just blab without any figures and facts to support their senseless rants. Election all over Nigeria has always been having a low turnout. That we know. That election in any state in Nigeria had rarely recorded anything above 50% turnout. The record is there for everyone to see. When you compare registered voters and accredited votes, you would understand that Nigeria Election records mostly below 50%. In Katsina, Kano and Kaduna where Buhari was massively voted for, the turnout there wasn't up to 50%. In Rivers where we had a slight above 50%, we agreed it was abruptly rigged in favor of politicians. While all these happened, Anambra is not exempted. It is even worst there. In Anambra last Gubernatorial election, the number of registered voters is 1,770,125 while accredited votes recorded is 451,826. This means that 1,318,299 didn't vote. 14,555 was rejected. The population of Anambra compared to those who registered for 2013 election is more than 55%. The election turnout in 2013 is 25%. So what is all the fuse IPOB are talking about when we managed to get 25% in 2013? It can become worse and more. OP should tell us what the percentage would be if Anambran are going to boycott the election. What percentage would turnout percentage be before we can accept election is boycotted? Anything above 20% is unacceptable because we have recorded this before. Anything between 20% - 25% is an complete fail because election turnout in Anambra is within that range. So what are we going to accept as a win for IPOB? 15% and below This is the type of fact and figure we want the OP and IPOB members to present. In a state where the turnout is between 20% - 30% since inception, getting anything within that range means IPOB fails. Getting anything between 15% above is also a failure. But when we have 15% and below, we can assume that IPOB is powerful as been proclaimed. The whole nosie about Nsala or whatever is not an excuse. People have been boycotting election for many reasons without making a noise from it. If and if you can achieve 15% below, then you win but when IPOB cannot achieve this, then the populace will sse how useless the organization is. |

FOLYKAZE:Ipob is a dying group. They need this propaganda to stay relevant. They don't care about statistics. They are not reasonable people. How will election boycott work when there will still be a governor for another 4 years |

Spylord48:Help me answer this question? If we vote all senators in south east under Biafra people's party. Can they effect any change? How many senator will be from the north, how many reps from the north. When we say that the country has not reason to continue, some of u are very short sighted.how can a country that started with 3 regions be divided so erroneously that in 50 years later one region has 19 states while the other major group has just 5states even smaller that a minority drafted region, how can? When we want anything we beg them to zone it for us,we beg them to allow us deputies to them, when the want any thing they go straight and take it. Democracy even made it worst, while our education teaches us about protecting ourselves against std, sti, unwanted pregnancy by using a condom until we want to settle down, they don't even know what a condom is,in fact it is haram, they born like rabbit and during election it is one man one vote and you expect us to drag any elective position with them. Passing shot:just from January 2017 to June 2017 an idp camp in maiduguri(those leaving on our tax and should be pitying for themselves) recorded 50,000 birth, just 1 idp camp. |

FOLYKAZE:Dimwit, one thing you're yet to realize is that IPOB was also the cause of the low turnout in 2013 guber election in Anambra. IPOB since inception (in 2012) has always adviced its people to stay away from Nigeria's election. Even in 2015 if you were observant you would've noticed that there was serious voter apathy in the SE/SS region. Compare those stats you posted up there with previous elections then you will understand why this election will be a walk over for IPOB. |

Trapping:IPOB in 2013? Evidence of where they are calling for boycott or forever shut up. Present the previous election results and let us compare. You dont just make numbers from your flat..head. We need facts from INEC. Show us anywhere esp in Southern Nigeria where turnout percentage is above 40%. And show us how IPOB was the cause. Anambra election since inception has recorded nothing above 28%. Prove otherwise |
