According to detailed revelations made by the Director of Finance in the ONSA, Senator David Mark had through a proxy and a company operated by his younger brother, Igoche Mark received cash totaling about N10.7billion from the embezzled sum to fund his last senatorial campaign in Benue State.
From the reports, he received at two installments the sum of N7.2 billion in one batch and another N5.5 billion as contracts sum for non-existing bids and received full payments shortly before the last general elections.

Ask his daughter former senator Iyabo when she ganged up against Obasanjo with OGD former ogun state governor. He made sure she lost the next elections. Back to your answer, he's not God. But in Nigeria politics as at this morning, he's highly relevant and indispensable. He has a voice and people still listen to him. One of the biggest mistakes Jonathan made was fighting him back then. He should have played the fool, respect him to win his election. He personally brought in a very ill president in person of former president Yarad'ua. He's a force though ain't a fan that much.

it isnt his fault , but the fault of dumb politicians who keep trooping to him. he doesnt call anyone ,and the reason is very simple ,politicians trooping to him knows how stupid majority of Nigerian voters are and they know how cunning and intelligent obj is , so they always rush to him to seek opinions on how to deceive Nigerians . obj himself cannot contest a gubernatorial election and win without rigging .
Despite the fact that tinubu isnt liked much by many people , he is what i can call a grassroot power broker at least across his region . he is more relevant in naija politics than obj .

Bro do you know that he mischievously gave APC the win as ACN in 2011? When he divided the pdp party and went with others to form a new party in Ogun state only just to deal with gbenga daniel and iyabo with others PDP had 60% of Ogun state and ACN had 40% back then. When he divided PDP into two, that gave ACN 40% as against PDP 30% and that new party forgotten the name 30% as well. check out the 2011 ogun state elections result. He is a master in the game and he is NOBODY my man. And ''if'' is conditional. If Obasanjo joins your campaign train, omo that old man will move mountains for that person. He's a force and that charisma is second to none. That is why I am angry with him till date because he could have been our own MANDELA between 1999 and 2007 when all these cancerous corrupt politicians haven't even grown wings nor joined politics. Some $2.2bn-worth of Nigerian energy contracts were awarded without a bidding process by the former president and his energy minister, officials say.
One was to a company with less than $200 of base capital at the time, a witness told a parliamentary committee.

It is investigating why $16bn of investment in the energy sector during Olusegun Obasanjo's eight years in power failed to end power shortages.
