I transfer some fund to instant gold payza account on Saturday I was told they will credit my account on Monday morning . I have call there customer care countless times today the lady keep telling me they will fund me please I need the money Am using Gold To Beg you

Thanks to a friend who sent us a link to this post. @OP, Firstly, we need to inform you that NairaLand is not a place to lodge any complaint about our service. We have so many channels of supports: Live chat, phones, email and physical offices and it is disheartening that you created this thread but never come back here to say if you later received your Naira or not. Our record shows that your order was completed and Naira sent to you under 55 hours. The issue is explained below: Regarding your Payza withdrawal, It is clearly stated on our website the mode of operation with Payza. Payza is not like Bitcoin, PM or Okpay which we process instantly or within 12hrs. www.InstantGold.ng is the only accredited Payza exchanger in Nigeria and in the Africa as a whole. Just like any other accredited exchanger of Payza around the world, any withdrawal into our account are placed on a blocked/frozen/Held fund until it will be reviewed and approved by the payza Admin. This can take 2 days - 7 days depending on payza. We do not have control over this. Please see the screenshot of a sample withdrawal placed 4 days ago and still under review by Payza. @successgroup, @biggerboyc are actually the same person creating several usernames on nairaland here to post rubbish about our company. The real owner of those usernames is @megachange (the owner of www.megachange.is). He is hell bent on using our service for fraud and terrorism financing in Nigeria from israel, the motion we turned down hence the blackmail here and at other online fora. Their comments should be ignored. www.InstantGoldNg (Instant Gold Nigeria) remains a reputable online currency exchange company funding and serving since 2007 (10 years now) without any issue. We are a legally registered company in Nigeria and all our legal documents details are clearly stated on our website. Furthermore, our offices are open to the general public Monday - Saturday. I just saw this thread through the reviews of intantgold i searched for on Google. I just called them to exchange my PayPal to naira but their response is suspicious kind of..... they only do online transactions on their website and not in person, with what i've read here this site is questionable...... i need to be careful not to enter voice mail, if not Ijamexchange customer care on whatsapp i would have changed this money thru them, their whatsapp customer care get zero manners, her anger na touch and explode.... thanks to the poster of this thread about instantgold, make i no hang for their teeth |
