I honestly dont know why this is hapening, N i dnt really know d solution to dis problem, however i dont believe u re d only one with this issue, try to find others with similar issues so you all can do something abt it. The issue i have is with my matric number 14/ instead of 12/ and my state of origin Kebbi instead of Kogi state, after complaining I was told to register like that, I know a guy with the same issue he was also told the same thing though I've registered what bothers me is what I keep hearing, they said the issue will give me problems later in camp. Please I need your advise on what to do next.

About the medical certificate we're to present on getting to Camp, Pls will a scanned certificate be accepted? Someone from another state scanned the certificate and sent it to my mail and I printed it out in colour. Will it be accepted by Nysc?

Am not really sure of the medical certificate, but NYSC accepts Any standard medical report from any good hospital, so if you cant get the certificate, then you can easily go to any good hospital and tell them you want a medical report, but it will cost you some amount.

Hello everyone. I'm currently a PCM due to be in camp this B17. States I filled as preferred choices were OK but recently, I have been given a better opportunity to serve at a good PPA at Abuja but Abuja isn't on my list of preferred states. Now I'll like to redeploy on medical grounds. Please what are the implications of redeployment?
1. Will my allowance be cut short?
2. Will I have to be reporting to the previous state for one thing or the other through out my service year?
3. How serious is the verification of medical reports for redeployment purposes
4. At the new state (Abuja) will I be reposted to a new PPA by NYSC or I'll be left alone to get one myself?
5. After applying for redeployment while in camp, how long does the process take / how soon can I start the process while in camp / will I be posted to a PPA before the redeployment comes through and if it goes that way, do I have to report to that PPA first?
I know my questions are much but as we all know, knowledge is power which at this point I am short of. Please help me with my questions and possibly add more information for better clarification. Thanks

1. Ur allowance would still be paid in full as at when due, just report to ur new state secretariat and do the necessary documentation.
2. as soon as ur relocation comes out successful and u report to the new state, you no longer have any biz with the former.
3. just meet any medical personnel let him prepare one coded illness for you, then take some related drugs to camp as backup.
4. you'll be posted to a new ppa by ur L.I, but you can always tell ur employer to reject you if you don't like the place, alternatively you can reason with your L.I to post you to ur place of choice if he is an understanding person, mine no even get wahala sef, him go post u go bar if u want sef.
please don't rush your posting, you can stay for months without ppa, some batch Aii never get ppa till date sef and heaven never fall, I left camp August 15, just got my ppa last 2 weeks so just take your time, never forget to consult older Corps members at any given time for advice, any decision u take, u don take am b dat.
5. u would be notified when the process would begin, you would know whether its successful or not on the day you would leave camp, nevertheless you would still be posted to a ppa as well as receive a relocation letter (if successful), if successful, just ignore ur ppa and report to ur new state. if u get connect, abeg involve am, if u no get, put ur ears to the ground in camp sha, u go see things, but if u loose ur money, it's also part of the scheme.
YOU HAVE TO UP YOUR GAME IF YOU HOPE TO BE RELOCATED. ABUJA AND LAGOS IS SURVIVAL OF THE FITTEST AND HE WHO GAT THE LONGEST LEGS, DON'T AND I REPEAT, DON'T RELY ON THOSE DUE PROCESSES IN CAMP. BE READY TO PART WITH SOME SUBSTANTIAL AMOUNT, THEN PRAY.

that means you can b posted to any of the 36 states + fct apart from ur SoO, not a good development if you ask me, keep refreshing sha, other states might come up
