Have you ever argued with a christian?

Do you know that whenever christians argue(or try to sound smart), they do that from a deistic point of view instead of a theistic stand.

You never see them trying to prove how Jesus was the son of god, rather they'll keep talking about how the universe would have never existed on its own, and how god was the one who created the universe.

Their logic goes thus:

"The universe was created by an eternal being, so therefore, Jesus is the son of God."

This is why i like to make my arguments as plane as possible "Know who you are arguing with" a christian? ok lets talk about Yahweh and the bible you can relax and watch how their argument becomes dumb as s#it The problem is that the word GOD is vague and i only use it when i wanna argue from a philosophical point of view....ever seen princesebuka argue God from a religious point of view? the dude knows he cant try it na haha.

Atheism is the worst mental illness.

That's not "xtian logic", that's strawman you created to take down. Those arguments you deemed "deistic" might not prove Christianity, but they definitely prove atheism to be false. So atheists better deal with them and not run away from them, complaining that they deistic. You atheists make it sound like deism is compatible with atheism, its not. It goes completely against atheism, it asserts their is a God, an intelligent being that created the universe but does not intervene in its affairs. Atheism says there is no God, no deity of any kind, hence incompatible with deism.

This is one of the dumbest write up I have seen on NL.
You argued with Christians, they bring out the Bible: you say you don't believe.
Now, Christians use Science, Logics and Rationality to discuss spiritual things: you now accuse them of being Deists.

Shame on you, it means the message is getting into you. You want Christians to argue with you based one the scriptures you claim not to believe. Pathetic!
