Don't waste your money on AdWords.

I can sell to you real and AdSense safe social traffic if you are interested, just holla me up, but if not, I'll still advice you to rather keep your money and don't waste it on AdWords cos you might be at loss unless you are not doing it to make more than you are spending

You want to use google adwords on that site named laughwankillme.com. YOu might not make anything, but I would advice you buying a facebook group that will get you a constant 3k pageview daily.

Let's be a bit more practical. N20,000 = $53 (going by the rate banks presently charge for international transactions).

If we assume that you'll be bidding on the lowest competition keywords ($0.02 per click), you can get up to 2,650 clicks. And that's just the maximum; chances are you won't be able to get up to that due to factors such as your niche and target country.

Mind you, my estimation was based on the assumption that you're targeting Nigerians. If you're targeting users in developed countries (US, UK, etc), CPC could be as high as $1 or more. That means you won't get more than 100 clicks with that amount.

In all, the best decision you can make right now is to keep your money.
