Silly child. You didn't 'hear' me say anything. You read my comment (although it appears you lack the capacity to understand).
Let me simplify my comment for your iq level: Private drug tests are ILLEGAL when conducted without the consent of the subject. It is a clear breach of the Fundamental Right to Privacy guaranteed by Section 37 of the 1999 Constitution. The schools that insist on such practices require that subjects sign a consent or waiver form. This means that only a prosecuting authority can mandate a test, and it has to be done in the course of prosecuting an offence.

You don't need to advertise your stupidity to the world, "accused"?? Where did you read that the Nigerian Police or NDLEA was involved? Or that anyone was charged for an offence? You must be high on cheap substances.
Get off your keyboard and go'an read your books.
Lmao Dude went emotional. Well this liberal age has given people like you the ability to type nonsense.

If consent is required, how will someone who knows he's surely going to test positive agree to get tested? Do Athletes require consent before they get tested for drugs?

I still disagree with scientists that everyone has a brain. Learn to argue with points instead of going Full Retard grin

Silly child. You didn't 'hear' me say anything. You read my comment (although it appears you lack the capacity to understand).
Let me simplify my comment for your iq level:
1. Private drug tests are ILLEGAL when conducted without the consent of the subject.
2. It is a clear breach of the Fundamental Right to Privacy guaranteed by Section 37 of the 1999 Constitution.
3. The schools (or organizations) that insist on such practices require that subjects sign a consent or waiver form.
4. This means that only a prosecuting authority can mandate a test, and it has to be done in the course of prosecuting an offence.
5. You don't need to advertise your stupidity to the world, "accused"?? Where did you read that the Nigerian Police or NDLEA was involved? Or that anyone was charged for an offence?

Conclusion
You must be high on cheap substances.

The above still applies my dear. I've simplified it a little more to highlight the points, but it's obvious that you're either being deliberately dense or you are indeed quite dense. Either way, joining issues with you is futile. It's obvious that you think drug testing is the same thing as JAMB exam.
This isn't about selling female undies, find a way to use your brain, so it doesn't expire on you. FYI, the scientists are right, all human beings have brains, some people -insert your real name here- are incapable of operating their brains. wink

Odeh... Let me educate you a bit, seem your ignorance is getting the better of you. Abates nincompoop.

Saying "What did I just hear you say" isn't entirely wrong in the context I used. You've most probably never heard of "voices in the heard."

And you still went on further to display your inability to utilize your diseased synapses by trying to insult me through what I sell. Sorry that didn't work.

I don't banter with people with their existence as obvious evidence of the failure of the condom factory. Come back when your brain matter has found their purpose.
Lol. I see your brain just started booting.
"Voices in the heard", "...when your brain matter has found their purpose"
You're still too slow.

Stick to the lingerie business and leave the heavy lifting for more capable hands. Don't forget, you started this by shooting off point on a topic you obviously know nothing about. You should refrain from speaking from a place of ignorance, it never ends well. That's some free advice for you. Thank me later, once you're fully booted.

PS: I wasn't insulting you "through what you sell", I was pointing out the obvious (and symbolic) fact that you reason at the level of female underwear. If you spent your time in Uni selling pant and bra and not studying or broadening your faculties then you have squandered your destiny my friend.

Lol. I know your problem. Now that you've been floored you now resort to default mode of base logic. I haven't started calling you names yet, and I won't sink to your level, even though you obviously stink at that too.
I'm confident that the insight I provided into your mental and personal travails will prove useful to you or your psychiatrist sometime in the future. Sooner than later, I hope.
