Mamas, abeg is it normal to have a pulling kinda sensation in your vaggie during pregnancy? Sometimes I have this sudden sensation down there as if someone is trying to steal my clits.

Then again, these days my heart starts palpitating for no reason. It comes as sudden as it goes. One minute my heart is beating as if I heard the trumpet sound,next thing it is gone. Am I the only one experiencing this? I asked my olodo doctor and all he could tell me was if I can afford an ECG. I was like huh! Am I dying?

Your doctor is not an olodo. He actually knows his onions.

Heart palpitations in pregnancy should any be taken lightly as it could be a sign of an underlying pregnancy related medical condition.

Asking you to get an ECG done in the right thing. The test takes no more than 30 mins and it's literally an ultrasound of the heart/valves and your heart rhythm is also listened to and plotted on a graph.

Please get an ECG done ASAP and keep an eye on the palpitations.

I called my doctor olodo cuz he didn't ask any questions about my symptoms and the like. No checking of BP or blood test. He just mockingly told me that I should go and plan for an ECG. But with your words, I think I have to take it more seriously.

To the mama dat complained about palpitation,ur doctor tried by telling u about ECG but he should av at least checked ur BP,Pulse rate and do a chest examination.
Also,asked ur if it’s accompanied by other symptoms like(tiredness,sweating,breathlessness,chestpain and also ask if u av any underlying medical condition.
U need to observe the palpitation to know if it comes at rest or during activities.

However,aving palpitation in pregnancy could b as a result of increased blood volume(there’s increase in the blood volume to hlp the baby develop n grow so the Heart pumps faster to move the extra blood through the body)and dis usually occur towards 2nd n 3rd trimester,stress,panic attack or hypertension or any other cardiological related illness,hypoglycaemia,low PCV can cause it.

About ECG,it’s not a biggie,it’s not a scan but rather an electrical process of monitoring the electrical activities of the Heart by making use of electrodes(wire).the electrodes are connected to some specific part of the chest,wrist and ankle and within 5-10 u r done.
Ur doctor Wil interpret the result of the ECG if dere’s any issues.

The weird taste would likely last all through your pregnancy, so you might want to have other options.

Someone suggested pantyliners. If it's too heavy use a pad and change often. It is part of the First trimester package

My own weird test is anti-sugar...

About the Discharge, in first trimester it's not suppose to be heavy, unless you are on suppositories (which was my case), had to wear pantiliners.
My Pregnancy App welcomed me into 2nd Trimester by bracing me up to heavy discharge... but what am seeing is not so bad.
I think you should have that checked Dear Momma.

From 31 sha, they will not be getting enough space to kick because the are seriously adding in size. Even mine now, if I want to check his kick, I take cold water and lie by the side...If you can get 10kicks in 1 hour, baby is ok

I neva know cokd drinks beverage/water can trigger kicks i did nd lay on my left last night i counted 59kicks(tho not strong like before) in less than 1hr. So, i just chilkax
