2. No, you can't transact without an atm card as you need your atm pin for the transaction.

please oh! I just recharged another line for data subscription but airtime was deducted from the line. Now, I quickly rushed to use the diamond bank to top up for the subscription, but it was giving me error.

I tried recharging below N50 ...
