The alternative facts of these people are pitiful. I hope Igbos have the critical thought to see through this shameless attempt at rewriting events that happened just two years ago. What does this clown mean by "the East refused to re-elect Ngige?" Was Ngige a regional candidate? Isn't a Senator elected by senatorial district in a state? Are people under compulsion to elect a particular candidate in a democracy? Saraki is the Senate President because he outsmarted Tinubu who wanted to have his minion from the SW there. The events surrounding the election is still in public space. I hope discerning Igbo people don't fall for this alternative fact. Una don suffer with all these information warfare. 1 Like |

The one that was elected as governor under the APC is busy erecting statues and you blame us for not hustling for ngige for senatorial seat. In fact APC, the presidency, the Senate, all of you are mad. |

JideAmuGiaka:. Igbo are known for buying and selling from the beginning. I advice the region to concentrate on the fraudulent trade and idolising one Nnamdi KANU than to venture into politics since they always score ZERO when it come to politics #quote me |

The more this inept administration speak, the more they manifest their gold medal award in incompetent. How spokesman of a president carries beer parlour talks as official position of the executive. Since you give everything a meaning, explain why sgf, speaker hor and why doesn't have any service chief from the south east? One minute sensational executive. |

Nonsense!!! U mean Senate president position is a compensation to a region So what has Kwara benefited from having saraki as SP? If not that while still a public servant he still dips hands into state coffers to collect huge pension. In a state struggling to pay salaries. Mtcheeeew |

HAH:What truth? Was Saraki the choice of APC?.What of Ogbonnaya Ọnụ? Was he not with APC from day one..what stopped them from making him the SSG?..Igbos have no apologies for the way they voted in the last election.. Keep your CALCULATIVE to yourself,Buhari was seen as being a Northern ethnic jingoist by Igbos and NOTHING he has done since have proved otherwise.. 1 Like |

if u really wanted Dr. Chris Ngige to be a relevant force in this government/dispensation, they should have appointed him as SGF when it was clear he had lost the Senate seat. rather than blame people who voted for who they preferred, right what went wrong by upholding Federal character. No Igbo man in the Senate is an APC member that's why Ndigbo couldn't clinch d Senate presidency. wasn't there an Igbo APC member who won a seat in the house of Representatives, why were they not compensated with that, or better given the SGF position. Nigeria is ours we have to keep it. *Peace* |

boostdom: You don't even understand the context to which he spoke these words yet you are quick to dismiss it. Everybody who follows Nigerias Politics knows that if any Igbo man were to be re elected from senate in 2015 under the APC, THE PERSON WOULD HAVE AUTOMATICALLY BEEN CHOSEN AS THE SENATE PRESIDENT BY VIRTURE OF THE APC GOVERNMENT EQUAL REPRESENTATION. AT THE CENTRE. The only reason the equation changes is because there wasn't an Igbo elected senator from APC in 2015. period. |
Re: Your Son, Ngige Would Have Been In Saraki's Position - Presidency Blames Igbos by senatorbayor(m): 11:55am On Nov 18, 2017 |
So someone like Ogbonaya Onu did not worth the position of SGF despite his loyalty to APC. .. Only gullible believe this crap and dummies So if Ngige did not perform as senator , he should be re-elected cos the igbo wants to be no 3. A position that is in promissory note .. Same buhari with his ethnic bigotry and jingoism will work against ngige and ensure a northern senator clinched it ... |
