Mugabe’s mansion was reportedly constructed by a Serbian construction company Energoproject to a Chinese architectural design.

The president’s residence is nicknamed ‘Blue Roof’ and has two lakes in its 44 acre landscaped grounds. Mugabe’s private residence is protected by a multi-million shillings radar system.

This Villa is said to be one of the favourite properties of the first lady, Grace Mugabe.

The house has already proved controversial, after Bona Mugabe, the daughter of Zimbabwe’s president, Robert Mugabe, and his wife was found to be living there while studying in Hong Kong.
