Do you have any idea of the cost to Filling Station owner for getting the Ad-on licence and what is the likelihood of regulatory agency coming after the real owner of the LPG plant or will it mean that the LPG plant owner has to operate under the filling station name instead of his own company name.

The plant owner is only to lease a space on the site of the filling station. He licence coverage to operate a gas plant would be under the name of the filling station, however this does not mean the plant would be owned or branded by the filling station

I’ve been waiting for a reply since not knowing you already answered because I saw no mention notification hence thought I’d not been answered, I suggest you quote directly as I may have lost the link to the thread and may not easily find it unlike when you quote directly which gives a response

My only problem is that I’ve been actively searching for a location in a filling station unsuccessfully because I want to avoid all the DPR license brouhaha and stress of getting all the required licenses although getting a lease (paying rent) on a land for a few years might be considerably cheaper than renting a space in a filling station
‪I have already received quotations from 3 companies regarding getting
I’m hoping to go for the best that satisfies my needs
Hopefully your company can do that and tie the deal as I want this done before first week of December (ASAP) so as to start with a bang during the festive periods
