Good morning Nairaland. Happy Sabbath to whom it may concern. I want to ask this cos I've always wondered why is it that most atheists I know look lonely and miserable. Just take a look at any atheist u know and u will notice they are either single or frustrated And miserable. Why is it so? Is it because they lack God in their lives or is it because of a reason I'm yet to understand. Whatever the reason may be I think we should give them our support as many of them are known to have committed suicide in the end. Now I'm not saying that religious people do not commit suicide but the rate at which atheists commit suicide is alarming. Most people that commit suicide are atheist openly to the society or they may just be too shy to declare that they are. May the light and peace from God shine on our beloved brothers and sisters who claim not to believe in God/or hate his existence. Amen

for instance I've never met a short atheist so I simply conclude that there are no short atheists

You then ruined whatever sense you're trying to make by saying

The earlier premise of your post rests on your personal observations, now tell me how many suicide news you see on front-page of this great website are said to have been carried out by atheists? it shouldn't be so hard to point them out since "The rate at which atheists commit suicide is alarming"

This is my own hypothesis on the reason behind this incoherent garbage you just spilled and I'll put it in a syllogism

1. You think without your belief in a god, you'll be miserable and frustrated

2. Number 1 makes your subconscious create the idea that whoever doesn't believe in any god has to be living a miserable life filled with frustrations

3. You think all atheists therefore has to be living a miserable life full of frustration

4. This makes you look for signs of frustration and misery in every atheist you know

5. 2 and 3 combine and makes you see frustration and misery in the life of every atheist


its just a hypothesis anyways but I'll be surprised if the hypothesis is falsified
