The city’s garbage problem had become impossible to conceal.

Is lagos actually growing or is lagos merely expanding into Ogun.

that is the big problem in Lagos,it seems they are confused on what to do with the mainland and maybe that was the reason why ecoatlantic city idea came up but they have forgotten that if they don't fix the problem in the mainland area it will create a problem that will make mainland a huge dump.

I know once that new city is 70% finished the govt will use the other parts of Lagos to play politics instead of fixing..........
