Thank you but that's the initial problem, the Account isn't EcoBank account, it's Fidelity Bank
He doesn't even have account with EcoBank.
Once the bank is changed every detail is there including the BVN.
Kindly assist sir.

fidelity bank.bvn-22224290896. The error is that name of bank was changed from fidelity to eco bank.
