Well, I don't think there's anything wrong if they were to consider it. I'm sure in civics class some boy or girl with an Edo father (and Edo last name) and Yoruba mother has thought about being governor of Lagos state before. It's not like they're thinking of becoming a traditional ruler outside of their lineage. As a traditionalist, I just see civilian government differently from the monarchy.

But I'm not advocation anything drastic. If that's how the people are and they're happy and content, more power to them.
