ayoxelee:The reaction I get from people is something I don't get. No ICT person goes hungry, unless you are lazy. Most times I take up to 3 to 4 jobs, despite having a full time job. Which leaves me wondering, "where are the rest?" In case you don't know, success = preparation + opportunity. How you unlock your own opportunity is solely determinant on you. It isn't something I should lecture you on. That is why there can be two barrow pushers in the market. While one goes home with plenty cash, the other person keeps complaining. If you don't see where I am heading to, na you sabi now. |

The story about the Nigerian youths and unemployment isn’t about ur first class or second or third!!!! Stop posting thrash!!! Nigeria generally is a problem!!! Besides the need paper for good jobs is not degrees, rather 1week or 2 Ek courses or connection! As far as Nigeria is concerned!! Outside that is luck and then u have to beg or plead or apply to thousands as others!!! Start up or build an idea and stop wallowing in ur self pity looking for nldrs to drag along |

KardinalZik:Oga mi, you are 100% right. I am an undergraduate right now with roughly two years to round up my uni studies. But a man I once did a logo for employed me already. And he's going to be paying my fees. He hasn't even asked what class of degree I'm graduating with. You are right. |

Jkfc:It would shock you to hear that I know of a friend with a 3rd class but works in a reputable oil and gas servicing company. As a matter of fact he is so good that other teams rely on him for support on d job. Don't let the grade define u. Work on yourself, try n get certifications (esp during your nysc year as some courses are quite cheap for corpers) after all we are now in d age where people get high profile jobs with just certifications. Develop your inter personal skills, be straightforward and confident, keep networking yourself (for d ladies am not asking u to hoe yourself), don't stop reading and if u are opportuned, go for pgd, never lose hope and above all put God first . I bet you your story would change. Don't moment u let the paper define u is the moment u begin to fail. However u want to look at it. 3rd class is still honours in d bsc world and I believe there are a lot of 3rd class graduates that have a lot more quality that 1st class or 2nd class. If u want to apply for a job as a 3rd class don't do it online. If possible go to d company directly and drop your cv and commit it to God. I hope this inspires someone! Good morning! |

Cryptosphere doesn't really require big capital to start, i invested just 10k in it last year for a trial when i was serving, but today i am living basically on it. The truth is cryptocurrency pays if you know it. Want to learn, contact me. Stephenesson@gmail.com. Wish us all success in our hustles. ThundrCork: |

Jkfc:All u gotta do is beliv Bro. 3rd class doesn't mean u are a failure It just means u gotta work harder It all depends on your perspective So if u say it's a lie Well ..... I must say u have to change your mentality |

May God Help us in this hell country called Nigeria. Organizations will use age and year of graduation requirments to handicap unemployed graduates who are fit to work well while politicans, govt, ogas at d top will use their power to put their family or people they know for work without age or year of graduation conditions. |
