And please get this straight; there is absolutely nothing to gain by spreading panic all around. I got my data from this guy in less than 20mins after sending him money. I was just trying to warn intending buyers to hold-on for at least some hours before sending huge amount of money to him. I wasn't insinuating that he's a scammer/fraudster in any way/form. I'd rather keep shut on what I am unsure of than spewing trash on a faceless forum.

What are you waiting for?! Upgrade sharp sharp and experience split screen, better battery performance, better RAM usage, screen recorder, and all the other MIUI 9 and Android nougat features.
I updated last Thursday. My phone has never been better.
Just make sure your device is fully charged and backed up before you upgrade to avoid super story in case of any unexpected.

Also, if possible, I try downloading the update from a very stable network or wifi.
