I haven't had that issue with them although I most shop on Ali. but the few times I've purchased from GB, it's been seamless.

I even recently got the Mi Hybrid Pro HD and it shipped out in two days ...

The refund was from the purchase of a Xiaomi Mi Max 2.....

I have also bought items from gearbest without issues... I think they overgeared themselves on this particular device...
