My people, God has done it for me and my family. I am a tier 4 student, got my visa but my husband and daughter were refused visa.
We put in for administrative review and today my husband just got a message to bring his passport and our daughters passport that the decision has been overturned. They are ready to give them visa now. I am so excited. Thanks to God and all here for encouragement.

Please I want to confirm if he has to go along with our 2 years old daughter to Immigration office in Ikeja for the passport submission? he can go alone to submit the passports? Please anyone has an idea. We need help on that please.

Its urgent for us. Thanks and God bless you all.
@bestbian hello, please what was the reason for the denial and how did you tackle it? My friend had the same issue and we are still looking for a way to tackle it.

we submitted only marriage certificate and birthday certificate. they refused my husband and daughter visa saying no enough evidence of our relationship to show it is subsisting as at the time of application.

we used an immigration lawyer, who helped us to put in for an administrative review.

Not all schools require it. Infact many schools don't.

Most schools don't. You just have to ask them if your WAEC is good enough. If it for a masters, i don't think they will ask for it.

Do you have a problem with browsing the web pages of the school(s) of your choice?

You seem to wish someone will simply paste a list of schools who require IELTS and a list of schools who don’t require it.
Don’t be lazy.
If you want to study in the UK, you must be ready to perform basic searches and look through websites.

Again I say:
Don’t be lazy.

Lol, "be lazy at your own peril". Anyone that wants to school abroad has to buckle up except he wants to give agents money for the admission and visa processing, even at that he still has a role to play as there is no room for excuse by the time he is denied visa due to a mistake made by the agents.

Hello House, please i want to know how much that should be in my account for a self sponsor certificate in theology course in UK for apllying tier 4 visa. The course is for two to three years. Tuition is 7000£ per annum. Like how much in naira is expected in my personal account for apllying for the visa? Also what are my chances of getting the visa since i been to uk on six months visa and currentltly have a two yrs visa. So if i apply for the tier 4 visa by next yr july or june, my two years visa woukd still be valid for more than one yr. Thanksq

Your school fee for one year plus your maintenance fees for nine months. The maintance fees will depend if you are inside or outer London. Maintenace fees for inside London is same with people schooling outside London.

Please what is the name of the school? I have a friend that wants to do a course in theology.

Please read the first page of this thread like i told you before.

Honestly you don't seem to be prepared for this because you should have known the cost of studying in the UK first before applying for admission

Which school is yours? And i will like to ask providing credit in Waec to one university, does it means one can apply for visa with that without IELTS UKVI, please your response is urgently needed?

Kindly help a life. How much is a student is probably going to spend on accommodation?

Yeah about the challenges am facing, i used to think UK admission and visa is very simple and easy up till now. I have gained admission to pursue Msc in Bioscience, NTU Jan 2018 entry and that's all i have for now, i need to pay tuition deposit and as well provide Waec result (to certify English) to get my CAS number. While i was reading the finance, i see it that money for tuition and others needs to kept in student account or parents acct atleast 28 days before applying for Visa, what can i do about this as my sponsor is an uncle and like a guardian? How can I get cleared in this area? Who is someone legal sponsor? I see there that a legal sponsor can sponsor me.

Secondly, is the Credit in Waec as demanded by NTU enough to apply for visa or i have to write IELTS UKVI?

How many week does UK visa takes once i submit application? Is Jan 2018 realisable for me at all? Also can anyone suggest other admission entry asides Sept 2018 and institution?

Please help a life. Thanks in anticipation

Please help

yes you can apply but it depends on your school of choice requirement. check out on their site to know the course requirements, especially your country requirements(as an international applicant). you can use your waec so far you have credit in the compulsory subjects pertaining your intended course.

Yes the school require credit in English and that's one of the condition i have to fulfil by sending them my Waec result before they issue CAS number.

Again this info is in the first page here, living expenses and accommodation is called maintenance money, if you bothered to read the first page and see where maintenance money is mentioned then its referring to your iving expenses and accommodation

Kindly help a life. How much is a student is probably going to spend on accommodation? (VISIT THE SCHOOL WEBSITE)

Yeah about the challenges am facing, i used to think UK admission and visa is very simple and easy up till now. (IT IS VERY EASY. YOU ONLY NEED TO DO THE NEEDFUL) I have gained admission to pursue Msc in Bioscience, NTU Jan 2018 entry and that's all i have for now, i need to pay tuition deposit and as well provide Waec result (to certify English) to get my CAS number. While i was reading the finance, i see it that money for tuition and others needs to kept in student account or parents acct atleast 28 days before applying for Visa, (ABSOLUTELY CORRECT) what can i do about this as my sponsor is an uncle and like a guardian? (TELL YOUR UNCLE SPONSOR TO TRANSFER ALL THE REQUIRED MONEY INTO YOUR ACCOUNT) How can I get cleared in this area? (READ EARLIER POSTS ON THIS THREAD, THE ANSWER IS THERE) Who is someone legal sponsor? (IT IS SOMEONE WHO HAS ADOPTED YOU, LEGAL ADOPTION) I see there that a legal sponsor can sponsor me. (DO YOU HAVE A LEGAL SPONSOR?)

Secondly, is the Credit in Waec as demanded by NTU enough to apply for visa or i have to write IELTS UKVI? (DIRECT THIS QUESTION TO THE ADMISSION DESK OF YOUR SCHOOL)

How many week does UK visa takes once i submit application? (CHECK THE UKVI WEBSITE. THEY HAVE THE APPROXIMATE TIMELINES) Is Jan 2018 realisable for me at all? (THE DEGREE OF YOUR READINESS IS YOUR CALL TO MAKE) Also can anyone suggest other admission entry asides Sept 2018 (UK ADMISSIONS ARE ONLY JANUARY OR SEPTEMBER INTAKE)) and institution? (ASK GOOGLE)

Please help a life (YOU TOO NEED TO HELP US BY DOING YOUR OWN RESEARCH BY YOURSELF). Thanks in anticipation

Kindly help a life. How much is a student is probably going to spend on accommodation? (HOW MUCH DO YOU RECKON YOU WILL REQUIRE? WHAT KIND OF ACCOMODATION DO YOU NEED?)

In conclusion, Just as @Justwise noted. You seem too agitated and not really ready for study in the UK.

Thanks so much for taking your time to respond. I do really appreciate.

I have put forward all the necessary enquiries to school but they take a whole lot of time to respond.

I have an uncle he is willing to sponsor me i don't think he is enough as a legal sponsor? Can he just transfer the money to my parent account?

Probably on campus accommodation and if not available off campus.

Thanks

Yes he can forward all the money into your parent personal account or your own personal account, unless that your uncle has adopted you and can back it up with certificate of adoption. About campus issue, that's a choice you only take decide on, if you want the campus accommodation, you are free and if you also want off campus, you also free. so look at things you wants and decide
