Fellow Nairalanders, I ordered for an item from Jumia since 15th November, today is 28th November and i have pre-paid for the Item, Jumia has refused to deliver the package despite that i have complain to the customer care. i only get their text messages every morning and night for six consecutive days for last week and the same starts over yesterday. Do anyone have same experience before?

Lol. I had a similar issue. Placed an order on Black Friday & I didnt even receive a msg or call from them. I had to involve an ex-schoolmate who works @ Jumia. Na the guy come help me push my request go front yesterday. Expecting my delivery today. |
