Faithola:Don't call them. Don't try to follow their life on social media Don't spend too much time alone. When you do, make sure you are doing something that occupies your mind. Eat bananas everyday. Let me share my solution with you, if you can do it you will thank me latter. You know it is very difficult to stop thinking about somebody you love dearly and wishes to spend the rest of your life with. It become more difficult when you share materials, that is when you still have some of his/her materials that your eyes can easily run to. For me what I do is that, in order to quickly get the person out of my mind, I delete every of the person's picture and through away every thing that will make you remember the person. If you are a guy, I will advice you to quickly look for another Lady that has better features than her and make yourself to fall in love with the new lady. You will be surprised how soon you will get over her. 1 Like |

 Im a type of woman that i love long term relationship & so the effect of breaking up with someone for more than a year( at least) is quite challenging...My only solution to get over with the pain is to travel & discover the other side of the world...
