How come christianity is now associated with the phrase born again from Jesus to Nicodemus at the time he was yet to be crucified?

Now if you follow the story of what happened then before Jesus was crucified you will understand everything.
Thousands of people followed Jesus who ended his journey at jesusalem where he was crucified and resurrected. The resurrection of Jesus at Jerusalem marks the beginning of God's kingdom.
So what Jesus invariably meant to Nicodemus was,

Except a man follow me(christ) and journey to Jerusalem he will never see me being crucified and resurrected which is the event that marks the kingdom of God.

The wind blows where it listed thou knoweth not where it is coming from and where it is going to. So is every man that is born again.

Meaning, you Nicodemus saw people following me, you do not know where we are coming from and where we are going to. Join us to where we are goin to if you want to see the kingdom. Where we are going to is Jerusalem.

This implies that, to be born again means to follow Christ at the time when he was not yet crucified. A journey that leads to Jerusalem, that was exactly the time Jesus meant as the days of John the Baptist

Right from the days of John the Baptist the kingdom of God suffered violence.
This means, thousands of disciples violently like a crowd trouping into Jerusalem with Christ for the kingdom.

Remember, John the Baptist did not made it to Jerusalem. He was killed before Jesus was crucified so he did not made it to the kingdom.

Hence the least person in the kingdom is greater than John the Baptist.

OK jesus want his disciples to live a holy life before crucifixion they shouldn't be holy after his crucifixion? Continue now I know how much you can understand.
