Thanks for all the assistance you've been rendering
Re: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Workers Program-Connect Here Part 2 by Virt: 11:14am On Nov 30, 2017
You will have to state all visa refusals for both you and your spouse. When you start filling the form you will see how the question is structured, and answering "No" may amount to misrepresentation.

If I can recall fairly, they asked something like " Have you or your spouse ever been denied temporary resident visa bla bla bla.....to Canada or any other country." so you cant escape the "EVER"....

Hello Good people

I read on this trend that if someone was denied visa in any other country in the past, he or she has to state it when applying. My question is,

Is it applicable to the PA alone or Spouse has to state it too?

in my own case, i was denied USA visa 2 times in the past but they later approved my visitor's visa in my 3rd attempt, in this case, do i have to state no/yes?

i am confuse, pls good people of this forum should advise.

Thank y''all

Must one be related to someone that want to do gist of deed ?

How long does it take to evaluate for pharmacist?

Not very recent, but doubt the process would have changed. It’s pretty straight forward.

Took my wife there for hers last year and got all sorted within a day. You would be requested to pay your pending alumni fees for the past years since you’ve graduated (think about 2k per year or thereabouts). Also fedex fee. Can’t remember, but in total, you shouldn’t spend more than 20k and you’ll get a tracking number as well.

Good morning good people.

Please is there anyone that has recently done WES evaluation from Babcock University?

Thanks for your prompt response.

You don’t have to be related.

Sorry. Don’t have an answer to your 2nd question.

Please I need clarification on this,

My hubby is the PA and we didn't do registry but we got marriage certificate from mosque 1004 mosque to be precise,

The question is do I still need to do change of name or just the marriage certificate is enough?

He wants us to use his middle name not his surname , hope there won't be any issue ( if there's need for change of name)?

Its another licensed examiner for IELTS; i guess because they are still pretty new most people still use British council but a couple of people have used MOD.
A nice development. By the time BC begins to lose candidates, then they'll know that this world's not enough.

I was just getting conflicting info on this jare. Somebody even told me "If you no be oga or manager where you dey work, no even try choose any job for NOC 0" undecided Thanks again.

I think NOC 0 is for managerial positions. Yes, the job description should be considered more, however, there's hardly any level 0 job that's not a managerial role. My thoughts.

She should choose the NOC occupation that best describes her job responsibilities. MummmyJaygirls said in this post that her job title is Admininstrative Officer but her job description is for HR and she chose HR NOC.

@Smileymum, you can post your job responsibilities here (if you are comfortable with that) so that people can assist you to choose the NOC that matches your job responsibilities.

Hello House
Thanks all for the contribution on this forum. Please i need your advise in regards to the submitted application.
- I applied for ETA from UK with my son to visit my uncle in Alberta last year april, but didn’t go due to work schedule. While filling the express entry application I didn’t mention him because it will be difficult to get necessary documents from him . Also under the section that asked if i have applied to Canada before i clicked NO because ETA is not a visa and not in the drop down option.
- I mention my cousin as a ties to Ontario when I applied for the OINP but didn’t mention him in my express entry application because cousin is not also in the drop down option and didn’gain any points for my uncle neither was my cousin.
Please won’t they see all this as misinterpretation and do you think i should raise CSE to explain all? Passed my medical yesterday. Thanks and God bless

Going by her post, if I'm correct, I think she wants to go with that but she says she is not on manager level and wonders if she can use that.
