MrsBee:
Thanks Fam. I owe so much to this forum, from the days of Giving birth in the US and Now Canadian Express Entry, and we were successful with everything back to back smiley Made great friends too. So much information here. God bless you all. I pray everyone waiting here would rejoice soon by God’s grace.

Just like mrsBee, I too owe so much from the giving birth in d US thread and this express entry thread.

My ppr mail landed this morning from London VO. Got a notification in my Cic account .it was a four page document not like the ppr examples that are usually given here and the last page still requested for height and eye color (don't worry, I'm very sure this is not "pre pre PPR-ADR".lol. me sef tire for London. I over celebrated and called town crier when I got that pre PPR-ADR thinking it was PPR so I was very careful this time...this was the beginning part

Thank you dannio, that has always been my choice. I just wanted to be sure it is the exact fit because I am being discouraged to use it being that I am just an officer not a manager in my bank. I guess I will just use it and hope for the best.

Yes, newmum, you are right. But I think I will go with 0122 and pray they don't burst my bubble. Thank you.

Thank you. Please see below:

NOC 0122 matches your job duties. You can check NOC 6235 too.

You can also send an email to NC-NOC-CNP-GD@hrsdc-rhdcc.gc.ca or noc@workingincanada.gc.ca. List your duties/responsibilities and your job title and ask them to help you match your job duties with the right NOC.

Take a Good and close look at NOC 0122.l believe that is where you fit in

Please let’s note that it’s not just your duties and responsibilities that are important in choosing an NOC code. The lead statement is also important and while duties and responsibilities should match most of those you have done on your job, your overall experience must match the lead statement. Please see statement below:

Every NOC code has an associated job title, lead statement, and list of major duties and responsibilities. When you’re choosing your NOC code for immigration purposes, your actual job title and education are not important. Your work experience has to match the lead statement, and you should have performed most of the duties and responsibilities listed. Because of that, your work experience might fall under a couple of different NOC codes, or your official job title might be associated with a NOC code that doesn’t actually match your experience.

The lead statement for 0122 is below:

Banking, credit and other investment managers plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the activities of financial establishments or operational departments within such establishments, or credit departments in industrial and commercial establishments.
They oversee business development and manage overall performance in accordance with established strategic directions and policies. Banking managers are employed by banks, trust companies and credit unions. Credit managers are employed by credit departments in department stores, utility companies, car dealerships, insurance companies or other industrial or commercial organizations. Other investment managers are employed by credit card companies, consumer loan companies, mutual fund investment firms, mortgage investment companies or other financial establishments concerned with extending loans and financing and investments.

Please also see below from the ministerial instructions:

Foreign work experience

25 (1) For the purposes of sections 23 and 24, foreign work experience is work experience that

(a) is acquired by a foreign national outside Canada in one or more occupations listed in Skill Type 0 Management Occupations or Skill Level A or B of the National Occupational Classification matrix;
(b) consists of full-time work experience, or the full-time equivalent for part-time work experience, with one or more employers;
(c) is acquired within the 10-year period preceding the day on which points are assigned to the foreign national under section 23 or subsection 24(1); and
(d) is remunerated by the payment of wages or a commission.
Requirements

(2) In order to be assigned points under section 23 or 24 for their foreign work experience, a foreign national

(a) must specify in their expression of interest the four-digit code in the National Occupational Classification that corresponds to each of the occupations they have engaged in while accumulating their foreign work experience; and
(b) must have performed the actions described in the lead statement for the occupation as set out in the occupational descriptions of the National Occupational Classification, as well as a substantial number of the main duties, including all essential duties, as set out in the National Occupational Classification.

Good afternoon Folks,

I have two questions please.

1. For those who have visited other Countries, say for over a month at a time (i.e stayed with family/friends), did you list your address in that Country as a 'place of residence' post ITA?

2. Is there a problem with downloading one's statement of account and uploading as proof of funds? Must it be stamped by the bank? Note: the bank didn't issue the required letter either.

I didn't think too much on these issues before, but cyber-surfing on other forums has created unnecessary worries now.

Thanks.

Bsbabe, your suggestion makes sense. But I was actually approving/rejecting the credit requests received from customers through their account officers. I was not market facing. 6235 looks like what a relationship/account officer would do. I was not interfacing with customers directly. Hmm. This thing ain't easy sha. Thanks for your suggestions. You have opened my eyes to this possibility.
