God recognizes those who give to the poor because they demonstrate His character. But unfortunately, for some, when they give a poor man 1,000,000 they call camera men and begin to insult and abuse preachers, so God resists them and they can't do much.

Like one in my town who gives and abuses preachers and He wants to go for House of Reps. It will not happen... He is going nowhere. I am on my knees and the Lord will resist Him.
